Welcome!
The year is 1950. Along a busy stretch of highway, George and Irene Thatcher build a little burger joint and they call it "The Big Top". For the next 64 years the restaurant grew and fed the local folks and travelers alike, taking on different names and enthusiastic owners along the way. In 2014, Gregg & Shannon Stewart found the little building sitting patiently, quiet and vacant. How could you NOT want to resurrect such iconic symbol of Americana?
